Materials

A part is only as honest as its material.

Every billet, bar and sheet on our floor arrives with a certificate, gets verified at goods-in, and is logged by heat number — so the material behind your part is a fact on record, not an assumption.

What we cut, form and weld

The families below cover the vast majority of precision component work across the nine industries we serve. Each is machined with feeds, speeds, tooling and fixturing proven for that family — titanium is not aluminium with different numbers.

Need something outside this list — an exotic alloy, a specific temper, a certified batch? We source it through vetted mills and stockists, certificates in hand, before we quote.

From mill certificate to dispatch note

Certified at source

Material is bought against specification with mill or stockist certificates — grade, temper and batch identified before purchase.

Verified at goods-in

Certificates checked against the order, heat numbers logged, material marked and quarantined until it passes the incoming gate.

Traceable for life

The heat number travels with the job through every operation. Ask us in five years which billet your part came from — we can answer.
