Custom Solutions

For the problems that don't have a part number.

Some requirements arrive as a released drawing. Others arrive as a worn sample, a sketch on a whiteboard, or a machine that stopped and a spare that no longer exists. This service is for the second kind.

What we build

Four kinds of custom work

Custom Components & Prototypes

One-off and small-batch parts manufactured straight from any standard 3D design file — machined, fabricated and finished to specification, however unusual the geometry.

Jigs, Fixtures & Specialised Tooling

Workholding, welding jigs, inspection fixtures and special-purpose tooling designed in-house and built to strict precision standards — the same tooling discipline we run for our own floor.

Legacy Part Revival

Obsolete or drawing-less parts reverse-engineered from physical samples: measured, modelled, drawn and manufactured — with material and finish matched or upgraded to current standards.

Custom Machine & Line Components

Replacement and improvement parts for production machinery and material-handling systems — built to fit what's already running, delivered before downtime becomes the expensive kind.

How it works

Start from whatever you have

A 3D model, a 2D drawing, a photograph, a worn sample — every custom job starts from whatever exists. Our engineers turn it into a manufacturable definition using the same CAD-CAM workflow that drives our production floor, then build it under the same four inspection gates as every series part.

Because engineering and manufacturing share the roof, a custom solution here isn't a design handed to a hopeful workshop — it's one team, accountable for the whole answer.

Odd-shaped problem?

If it's made of metal and it matters, ask us.

Describe the problem — with or without a drawing. We'll tell you honestly whether we're the right floor for it.
