These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of stratoa.in (the "Site"), operated by STRATOA. By using the Site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.
1. The Site is information, not an offer
Content on the Site — including capability descriptions, tolerance ranges, process descriptions and illustrations — is provided for general information about our business. It does not constitute a binding offer, a warranty of specific capability for your application, or professional engineering advice for your project. Specific commitments (specifications, tolerances, prices, lead times) are made only in written quotations and contracts we issue for a defined scope of work.
2. Quotations and orders
Any manufacturing engagement is governed by the terms stated in the applicable quotation, purchase-order acceptance or supply agreement. In case of conflict between those documents and this page, those documents prevail for that engagement.
3. Intellectual property
The Site's content — text, custom illustrations, icons, the STRATOA name and wordmark — is owned by STRATOA or used with permission, and is protected under applicable intellectual property law. You may view, download and print pages for your own business evaluation of our services. You may not reproduce the Site's content for commercial purposes, misrepresent its source, or use our name or marks without written consent.
Drawings and specifications you submit to us remain your property. We use them solely to evaluate and perform the work you request, and treat them as confidential as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting unauthorised access, probing or disrupting its infrastructure, scraping content at scale, or introducing malicious code. Provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 apply to misuse of computer resources in India.
5. Third-party links and embeds
The Site may embed or link to third-party services (for example, an embedded map). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
6. Disclaimer

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from use of the Site, subject to any mandatory provisions of applicable law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page, with its effective date, is the version in force. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
